Transfer of business services (Pukka Insure Ltd to Action 365 Ltd trading as Pukka Services)
On 01/05/2020 Pukka Insure Ltd (registration number FSC12808) transferred its functions to Action 365 Ltd T/A Pukka Services (FCA registration number 306011).
What this means to policy holders:
In effect, the only change you will notice is that on documentation received, you will see a change from Pukka Insure Ltd to Pukka Services. Their registration number will also change from FSC12808 to 306011. All other aspects policies will remain exactly the same.
Insurance, its coverage and policy terms and conditions remain identical to those that were purchased. Your insurance broker, will still manage your policy for any adjustments, cancellations , renewals and policy queries will continue to be handled by them.
The insurer of your policy has not changed and and claims will remain to be looked after by Action 365 Ltd.
All the contact numbers will remain the same, and if you are currently dealing with Pukka Insure for any reason the contact details used will continue to work. All correspondence will be dealt with by Pukka Services, as such any individual currently dealing with your individual case may change.

If there is an issue with the way the policy was sold then the complaint may be passed on to the broker to deal with.
Should you feel the need to complain about the arrangement of your policy please contact your insurance intermediary in the first instance.

Pukka Insure will acknowledge your complaint promptly, normally within five working days of receiving it.
Once Pukka Insure have completed its investigation, the firm will write to you with the results of the said complaint investigation giving an explanation of the firms’ conclusion no later than eight weeks from the date your complaint was received.
