Fraud

Here at Pukka Services we have a zero tolerance to fraud, whether this is at insurance application or at the claims stage. Tackling insurance fraud is high on our priority. In 2022, insurers detected 72,600 dishonest insurance claims valued at £1.1 billion (Source: Association of British Insurers www.abi.org.co.uk). It is estimated that a similar amount of fraud goes undetected each year which impacts in the insurance premiums charged to all customers. This is why we invest heavily each year and our committed to identify fraud, in order to protect our genuine and honest customers.
